Dr. Sherali Esmail (Traditional Medicine)
Dr. Esmail is Chief of Neurology and Director of the Acute Stroke
and Neurology Unit at the North York General Hospital in Toronto,
Ontario. He is an Assistant Professor of Neurology in the Department
of Medicine at the University of Toronto, where he has received
many teaching awards.

Dr.
Derek Puddester (Physicians’ Health)
Dr. Puddester obtained his B.A., B. Med. Sc., and M.D. from
Memorial University of Newfoundland. He completed a residency
in Psychiatry at McMaster University, and then completed a fellowship
in
child/adolescent psychiatry at the University of Ottawa. Dr.
Puddester is Director of the Behavioural Neurosciences and Consultation-Liaison
team at the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario, working
primarily with children and youth affected by severe physical
and mental disorders. He is also a Director of Education for
the Department of Psychiatry at CHEO, and Director of the Faculty
Wellness Program at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Ottawa.
The Faculty Wellness Program provides preventative, educational,
interventional, and rehabilitation services to medical students,
residents, and staff physicians.

Bart Mindszethny & Gail Roberts (Practice Management)
Bart and Gail offer insight from 50 collective years in communications.
Since founding their firm—The Mindszenthy & Roberts
Corporation in 1990, they have provided counsel and support
across Canada to more than 200 organizations in all sectors.
Having worked on some of the highest profile issues and crises
of the past decade, they’ve developed specialized workshops
for professionals to effectively use communications to enhance
understanding and strengthen relationships. Gail and Bart will
focus on how physicians can communicate more productively and
successfully with patients, staff, and others. |
Gregory
Hilderman (Wealth Management)
Greg has been a partner in G2 Financial for the past 12 years
and practicing comprehensive financial planning for the past
23. He is a Certified Financial Planner, Chartered Life Underwriter
and Chartered Financial Consultant and has spent the past 15
years specializing in retirement, tax and estate planning. Greg
has been instrumental in reshaping how numerous physician groups
are compensated, with a focus on improving their current and
future lifestyle. Some of the groups he has worked with include
Neo-Natologists, Radiologists, Thoracic Surgeons, Neurologists
and the
Oncologists of Alberta and British Columbia. |
Dr.
Rachel Eersel
Dr.
Rachel Eersel was born in Suriname where she obtained her medical
license at the Anton de Kom University, Faculty of Medical Sciences
in Suriname. Upon completion of her studies she spent some time
in the practice of general clinical medicine. In 1993 she came
to reside in Sint Maarten and worked as an emergency room physician
for a number of years. In 2004, Dr. Eersel graduated with a
Master of Public Health degree at the John Hopkins Bloomberg
School of Public Health in the USA. To date, her responsibilities
as Head of the Preventive Health Department are very broad.
She is involved in the control of infectious and chronic diseases
and with disaster management within the health sector.
