What Is an Ice Training Agreement

Mentoring training is similar to an ICE training program, but is not provided by your employer. You are responsible for managing your own training with the support of a mentor who must be approved by ICE. You can read more about this in our guide. Mabey Hire is proud to announce that the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) has approved its structured training agreement to support the professional development of its engineers and enable them to apply their enhanced skills in the workplace. Sessions start at 9:00.m and end at 17:00.m. Morning and afternoon coffee breaks as well as lunch are included in the program.
